Microsoft outlook

Hello again!!!
This entry is about new Microsoft Outlook.
It has obviously the same functions, but it has improved a lot and added lots of new functions.
One of the most important changes is the inclusion of a to-do bar, with the same name.
Then, when we want to create a new e-mail, lots of options are now displayed at the top of the screen, and is called 'the Ribbon'.
This bar has more or less the same options as Microsoft Word. You can change almost everything.
The best thing is that is divided(again) by tabs named as Message, Insert, Options and Format Text. This functions allow you to even attach a Powerpoint presentation to your message.
There is also a Client Meeting section, a Contact Tab, and things like that.
Everything accompanied by a Calendar, which is shared by all the active applications.
There's also a quick access Toolbar,that will help you a lot if you don't want to waste your time.
